LAN PARTY!!!

ATTENTION!
I am currently working on having a MW2 LAN party/ tournament at my house over the break, the date is unsure but will most likely be Friday for various reasons. So, keep this in mind and don't start talking about it just yet but I'm to have it comfirmed by the parentals ASAP. You WILL need a T.V., an xbox, MW2, and your own controller. I don't want to have more than 10-12 people there at a time so don't invite someone unless I tell you you can. Just keep that in mind, comment on whether we should have cash prizes for the tournament, (bear in mind that that means we will have to have an "entry fee" of some sort as well. Food will be bring your own if you want it. I do have 1 extra T.V. but still you have to bring one just in case. Comment with any ideas! Thanks

Xbox Live Multiplayer

Wow. I don't even know how to begin to start on the greatness of live multiplayer. The gun range is extensive, the perks are 10 times better, the customizable killstreaks are, well, they pretty much speak for themselves. There are about 5 new gametypes, all stunning, as well as two 3rd person game types which I haven't played but look awesome. Ranking system is back with a max of level 70 with 10 prestiges and they are introducing customizable titles and call signs which is an unnecessary yet interesting and fun thing Infinity Ward has brought to MW2 and it's safe to say I'm not complaining. Overall, the CoD live experience has returned even better than before and will provide you with days upon days of gameplay, just like the others. I give the live a 10 to its fullest out of 10.

Campaign

The campaign, in my opinion is well played out and definatly a long play time. i would say about 10 hours of solid gameplay. The favorite characters from CoD Modern Warfare have returned in ways you wouldn't expect. I won't spoil anything but it is fun. The thing everyone is talking about is the third mission where u assassinate 1000+ civilians in an airport. I personally think it is a fun level killing helpless civilians, but that's just my opinion. Also, the intel has returned with 45 different intel items throughout the campaign. There is between 15-20 missions to complete. The downside is that the actual storyline is hard to follow since the intro videos get skipped by pressing any button, and you change characters almost every mission and you play as 3+ different characters. Other than that, the campaign is well designed and will provide you with a nice amount of playing time when your internet goes out and you can't play live. I would give the campaign a 9 out of 10.

Wassup Etowah CoD players! I will be focusing on the near release of CoD Modern Warfare 2 on tuesday for right now, but just some brief information about this blog:
